IMPORTANT! 6mm split rings should not be stretched by much more than a millimetre or put another way, do not connect anything with a thickness much greater than a millimetre.  For heavy charm bracelets or other items of jewellery having thick links you can still achieve a solderless connection using my super heavy jump rings.
